kyichu, named for the river of happiness that runs through lhasa, is a small floral studio in lisbon. each arrangement begins with what is at its best that week, loose, natural and a little wild, the way flowers grow.

Hi, I'm Pema

I'm Portuguese and Tibetan, and Kyichu is where my two worlds meet.

Now based in Lisbon, I trained in Paris with Pousse, making flowers for events across the city, from La Samaritaine during Fashion Week to brand events, and once carried palm trees over four metres tall from one side of Paris to the other.

I started arranging flowers because I love receiving them. Now I get to make that feeling for someone else.
